Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PRVT, operated by MedTech Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using PRVT, you agree to these terms.

1. What PRVT is

PRVT is a private AI assistant platform. Each user gets their own isolated container running an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. Your assistant can converse via text and voice, remember your preferences, and connect to services like Gmail and Google Calendar on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use PRVT.

3. Subscription and billing

• Starter plan: $39/month — personal AI assistant with voice, memory, Gmail, and Calendar.
• Pro plan: $79/month — everything in Starter plus shell execution, sub-agents, browser automation, scheduled tasks, and advanced capabilities.
• Founder plan: Free lifetime access for early supporters, with full Pro capabilities.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly usage ceiling covering AI model costs, voice processing, and other services. If you approach your limit, your assistant may switch to a lighter model or temporarily disable voice. Usage resets on a 30-day rolling cycle. Current limits are displayed in your Settings page.

5. Your container and data

Your AI assistant runs in a dedicated Docker container. Your conversations, memories, transcripts, and connected service credentials are stored exclusively in your container. We do not access the contents of your container during normal operation.

You are responsible for the content you create and the instructions you give your assistant. Your container's data persists as long as your subscription is active. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

6. Pro capabilities — shared responsibility

Pro and Founder users can enable advanced capabilities including shell execution, sub-agents, browser automation, and community-built skills. By enabling these capabilities, you acknowledge that:

• Your assistant can execute commands inside its container on your behalf.
• Your assistant will ask for confirmation before taking major actions, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving those actions.
• Community-built skills (ClawHub) are third-party code that runs in your container. We do not review or guarantee their safety.
• Browser automation can interact with websites on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with those websites' terms of service.

We are not liable for actions your assistant takes at your direction or with your approval.

7. Connected services

When you connect services like Gmail or Google Calendar, you authorize your assistant to access those services on your behalf using OAuth. Your OAuth tokens are stored in your container only — not in our database.

You can disconnect any service at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for actions your assistant takes within connected services at your direction.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PRVT to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that exploits or harms minors
• Attempt to access other users' containers or data
• Circumvent usage limits or billing
• Use your container to attack other systems or networks
• Resell or redistribute PRVT access without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create within PRVT — your conversations, memories, configurations, and connected service data belong to you. We claim no ownership over your container's contents.

The PRVT platform, branding, and code are owned by MedTech Consulting LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without our written permission.

10. Availability and support

We strive to keep PRVT available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are a small team and provide support on a best-effort basis.

11. Limitation of liability

PRVT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTech Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PRVT, including but not limited to:

• Actions taken by your AI assistant
• Data loss due to container failure or account deletion
• Third-party service interruptions (Google, Anthropic, etc.)
• Unauthorized access due to compromised credentials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — your container, all conversations, memories, connected service credentials, and billing records will be permanently removed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PRVT evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
